Cross the footbridge over the Thames — five-minute walk.
The meadow where Magna Carta was sealed in 1215, now a National Trust site with memorials and riverside paths.
Walk up to the Magna Carta memorial and the JFK memorial on the hill.
4,800-acre royal parkland stretching south from the castle, including the Savill Garden and Virginia Water lake.
End with a stroll along the Long Walk or around Virginia Water.
